FOR THE PERSON APPROVING THE BUDGET.
THE DEAL.
IN PLAIN ENGLISH.
Your Ad Could Be Here is an independent film made entirely of paid, advertiser-supplied material. You buy a defined place in that film. Pixel placements also include a clickable place on this website. Founder Narek Nazaryan documents the attempt to sell and promote it.
Where we are now.
Stage 1 of 6: accepting the first advertiser requests. The placement selectors and request process are open. The online release target is March 31, 2027. We have no confirmed cinema venues, cinema release date, distribution partner or guaranteed audience. Online card payments are not active.
The 60-minute timeline is a planning canvas. The final runtime depends on agreed placements. The limited products have separate inventories: 720 individual frames, one 30-second shared screen containing 1,757,184 individually priced pixels, 200 end-credit names and one general-sponsor opportunity.
There is no confirmed Guinness World Records category or approved attempt. The film can proceed independently of a record. New milestones will be announced here when confirmed.
Who is this for?
Our creative challenge: try to make the worst movie in human history. The public social experiment is whether marketing can make people choose to watch a film made entirely of advertising. This is a provocative premise, not a verified ranking or a promised scientific result.
Advertisers: US businesses, independent brands and agencies that want to participate in a public experiment about advertising. A small brand can enter with a frame, a pixel area or a credit. A longer commercial gives a product or story more time to be understood.
Intended viewers: people curious about advertising and internet culture; filmmakers, marketers and design communities; followers of participating brands and the founder’s campaign. These are the groups we plan to reach, not an existing or purchased audience.
The reason to watch is the question: can a film made of the thing people skip become an event people choose? The campaign will show the real sales, the participating brands and the work of trying to get the film shown.
Where will people see it?
Website: approved pixel placements will appear on the public pixel wall, with a clickable link. This is a direct project deliverable, separate from cinema distribution.
Film: the baseline is public online viewing of the agreed edition through this website, even if no cinema deal is secured. The additional goal is event screenings in US cinemas in July–September 2027. The next steps are securing sufficient advertiser commitments, completing a screening-ready film, approaching venues or distribution partners and agreeing dates and costs. No ticket sales, cinema chain or nationwide release is promised.
Campaign: the founder plans to document the process online and approach relevant press and communities. Public online release of the agreed film edition is included. Any extra brand-specific campaign uses are written into the offer. No third-party streaming platform partnership is claimed.
What you buy. What you receive.
| Placement | Launch price | Included scope |
|---|---|---|
| Individual frames | $25 / frame | Your approved still image in 1–720 consecutive frames of a separate 30-second sequence at 24 fps. One frame is about 0.042 seconds: a participation format with very brief visibility. |
| Pixel area | $1 / pixel | Your image or color in one shared 2048×858 screen for 30 seconds, plus the same area and one approved link on the website for at least 12 months from publication. Width × height × $1 gives the price. One pixel is a tiny dot, not a readable logo. Before volume discounts: 10×10 is $100 and 100×100 is $10,000. After discounts they are $95 and $8,500. |
| End-credit name | $100 / name | One business name of up to 60 characters in one of 200 paid-supporter positions. Position sets the order; typography and reading time are agreed in the proof and offer. |
| Commercial | From $500 / 15 seconds | Your supplied finished ad in the agreed time range. Standard zone: $500/15sec. Feature zones, 3–10 minutes from each end: $1,000/15sec. First/last 3 minutes: $1,500/15sec. Durations are priced proportionally, including portions crossing a zone boundary. No production of your ad is included. |
| General sponsor | From $5,000 | Proposed lead-partner credit in the film and on the site, one 30-second finished commercial and specifically agreed founder promotion. For example, wearing your logo during named appearances. Actions, quantity, dates and any exclusivity are written into the offer. |
Prices are current launch offers in USD. The final payable price, taxes if applicable and payment schedule appear in your offer. These are advertising purchases; they do not include equity, profit sharing or a return on investment.
LIMITED EARLY BIRD ALLOCATIONFirst 600 commercial seconds, 120 frames, 10,000 pixels and 40 credit names use current base rates. Stage 2 adds 25%; the final stage adds 50%. See live allocation in the selector. Unpaid requests do not hold a place or price allocation.
Every buyer receives a private request page, a written offer, a proof of the agreed placement and completion evidence. Pixel buyers also receive the live wall link. Find all requests, material and offers by signing into your account. Automatic email notifications are not available yet.

These are planning dates, not booked events. Public online delivery is included in a paid placement. Your offer names the exact film edition, binding delivery deadline and refund or other remedy if we do not deliver. The first edition may be shorter than the 60-minute planning canvas. There is no minimum number of advertisers or guaranteed final runtime.
From your selection to the screen.
- Choose a place — open now
Use the timeline, frame sequence, pixel screen or credits selector. Create an account and send a free request with your business details. A request saves your selection; it does not hold it or charge you.
- Review the material and written offer
We check the creative, rights and fit. Your offer identifies the exact edition, position, price, currency, delivery deadline, permitted uses, cancellation and refund terms. A written offer does not hold inventory. A separate holding fee reserves the place for 10 days at 1% or 30 days at 2%; full payment confirms the purchase.
- Agree and pay
Review and accept the completed terms in your account. Your position is confirmed only after verified payment. Online card checkout is not active yet. No card details are collected in the request form.
- Approve the proof
We prepare a layout or placement proof. You check the spelling, artwork, framing, position and any website link. A change to the agreed position or scope requires your agreement.
- Publish the website placement and assemble the film
Pixel buyers receive their clickable website area within 10 business days after full verified payment, artwork approval and permission to publish. It stays for at least 12 months from publication. We assemble the approved material into the agreed film edition and supply placement evidence on the deadline in your offer.
- Release and report
We publish the agreed edition for online viewing through the project website, with March 31, 2027 as the target. We also pursue US screenings for July–September 2027 and report venues and dates only when agreed. Buyers receive a completion update and evidence of their agreed placement. Screening and campaign results are reported as actual outcomes, with no guaranteed audience size.
What material do we need?
Exact upload formats, dimensions and review process ↗
Film master target: 2K CinemaScope, 2048×858, 24 fps. Supply MP4/H.264, AAC or no audio, constant 24 fps and exactly the selected duration. Prepare the correct shape before upload; the final framing is reviewed in the proof.
Pixel screen: Every one of the 2048×858 pixels is individually priced at $1. Choose any whole-pixel rectangle, including 1×1. Coordinates start at (0, 0) in the top-left corner; the last pixel is (2047, 857). Send a PNG/JPG image or a single-color image for tiny selections, sized exactly to the chosen rectangle, plus one HTTPS destination link. The public wall displays approved artwork only.
Credits: your exact business name, up to 60 characters. Uploads: MP4 review video at 1024 × 428, up to 8 MiB; full-quality 2048 × 858 original by private emailed link after approval, PNG/JPEG up to 4 MiB, through your account; see the complete file requirements. Creative must be finished and you must have permission for the brand, footage, music, people and other material it contains.
We inspect file structure and then review actual content, playback and rights before approval. Material that is unlawful, promotes hate or lacks required rights will not be accepted. The final cinema delivery package and technical checks are arranged for the agreed screening requirements.
What makes the agreement clear?
Automatic volume savings are 0% below 15 seconds, 5% at 15+, 10% at 30+ and 15% at 60+. Pixel areas get 0% below 100 pixels, 5% at 100+, 10% at 1,000+ and 15% at 10,000+. Each discount applies once to a single selection. Credits and negotiated sponsorship are excluded.
An optional holding service costs 1% for 10 days or 2% for 30 days. It is separate from the placement price; the full placement price remains due, making the combined total 101% or 102% before cent rounding. Early cancellation is available; permitted deductions must be supported by actual costs. Full-period expiry releases the place, with the fee normally retained subject to mandatory rights. Operator failure and legally required refunds remain exceptions. Read the complete reservation terms before paying.
Your completed offer must state the creative version, position, film edition, publication rights, payment amount, delivery deadline and what happens if we do not deliver. Pixel offers also identify the website logo, destination link and hosting term. No payment is requested against an unfinished offer.
Before paying, you must know the cancellation rules, the non-delivery refund amount, refund deadline and whether any agreed work remains payable. A screening target does not become a contractual promise unless explicitly included. Audience size, press coverage, advertising results and a Guinness record are never assumed.
